Women’s Edition and Men’s Edition: How the Journeys Differ
For: Adults choosing between the two Wounded But Wiser 30-lesson Journeys.
The Short Answer
Both editions follow a 30-lesson restoration pathway, but they are not the same product with different labels. Each edition speaks to the patterns, pressures, relationships, identity questions, and forms of responsibility its intended learner may need to examine.
The Women’s Edition is the established 30-lesson Wounded But Wiser Journey for women. The Men’s Edition is a separate 30-lesson Journey for men moving from performance, pressure, fragmentation, and inherited expectations toward grounded identity, aligned strength, responsible relationships, stewardship, and embodied redemption.
The Men’s Edition explicitly examines presence over performance, inherited messages about manhood, unnamed pressure, responsibility, relationships, self-leadership, and aligned strength. Its goal is not to promote one narrow performance of masculinity. It helps men examine what has shaped them and choose what supports truth, dignity, responsibility, stewardship, and grace.
Choose the edition whose language and focus best fit the person doing the work. Each Journey is self-paced and private, and neither requires coaching. Both remain educational rather than clinical care.
